Zhang Fan, COO of Zhipu AI, explained how the company helps businesses train generative AI applications using APIs. Companies can customize Zhipu AI’s LLM to create various applications tailored to their needs, such as a securities dealer in China creating an “AI brain” to assist customers with stock portfolios.
Zhang also highlighted Zhipu AI’s API service as an alternative to OpenAI, which will end its API access in China.
