Google is set to launch VideoFX, a new tool featuring the Veo text-to-video model, at Google I/O. The tool will include a Storyboard mode with audio generation capabilities, allowing users to create images with the Imagen3 model and AI-generated soundtracks. This comprehensive tool aims to outshine competitors in the video generation field by combining video generation with a timeline feature, enabling creators to produce everything using AI. While LumaLabs has released its Dream Machine text-to-video model with top performance, other labs like Eleven Labs, Suno, and Udio are offering advanced soundtrack generation models. However, Google’s VideoFX is not yet available, and the timeline for its completion remains uncertain.
