The AI will then show relevant job opportunities matching the request.

The AI can also generate personalized cover letters based on the user’s background and the job they are applying for, saving time and effort in the application process.
These tools are designed to help users who struggle with self-promotion or starting the job search process. LinkedIn aims to further develop AI capabilities to potentially handle more aspects of the application process in the future. These features are part of LinkedIn’s broader initiative to leverage AI to assist its global user base of 1 billion.
