Meta, the parent company of popular social media platforms like Facebook, WhatsApp, and Instagram, has launched its AI tool MetaAI in India. This tool allows users to ask questions and create AI images. MetaAI has been built with the support of Meta Llama 3, the most advanced Large Language Model (LLM) of Meta, and will be available in Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, and meta.ai.
Users can access MetaAI by logging in with their Facebook ID on meta.ai. The tool can be used in various apps, including feed and chat, for asking questions on content creation and mathematics. MetaAI is expected to compete with Google Gemini and OpenAI’s ChatGPT.
The tool was already live in countries like America before its launch in India. It is designed to provide users with answers to a wide range of questions and enable them to create AI images. MetaAI is a significant addition to Meta’s suite of services and is aimed at enhancing user experience across its platforms.
