Notion, a popular productivity and note-taking app, has made significant improvements for free users. Previously, free accounts were limited to 1,000 blocks and had storage limits, which could be removed for $5 a month. Now, free users can create unlimited pages and add unlimited blocks, as well as share them with up to five guests. However, paying customers receive additional perks under the new “Personal Pro” plan, including the ability to upload files larger than 5MB and share with an unlimited number of guest collaborators for $4 a month. Notion has made personal use free, removing storage limits on the free plan to provide access to tools for creating what users need. This update aims to enhance user experience and productivity for both free and paid users of the app.
