Zepp Health Launches Zepp OS 4 With OpenAI’s GPT-4o Integration to Offer Personalised Wellness Solutions

Zepp Health, the parent company of Amazfit, has launched Zepp OS 4, a new operating system for its smartwatches. This OS integrates OpenAI’s latest AI model, GPT-4o, and offers voice command capabilities, personalized wellness features, and improved messaging and Bluetooth integration. The update is currently available for the Amazfit Balance and Amazfit Active smartwatches, with support for other models coming later this year.

The integration of GPT-4o aims to enhance the functionality of Amazfit smartwatches by providing more useful responses and personalized wellness solutions. The new OS allows users to control their devices using voice commands through Zepp Flow, enabling natural language interactions for tasks like managing settings, replying to messages, and making Bluetooth calls. The OS also supports AI-driven responses in English and German, with more languages to be added soon.

Other features of Zepp OS 4 include improved Bluetooth capabilities for controlling compatible devices, the addition of new mini apps for outdoor activities, and AI-driven sleep guidance and fitness coaching through Zepp Aura and Zepp Coach. The company plans to regularly add new capabilities to the Zepp Health ecosystem.

Overall, Zepp OS 4 enhances the user experience of Amazfit smartwatches with advanced AI integration, voice commands, and personalized wellness features, making them more versatile and user-friendly.
