LinkedIn has introduced new AI-driven features for Premium subscribers to enhance job search and personalized learning experiences. The AI-powered Jobseeker Coach allows users to search for jobs using simple text prompts and offers strategies to stand out in search results. Another tool reviews resumes and job applications, providing feedback and personalized suggestions tailored to specific job postings.
For professional development, LinkedIn has introduced the Expert Advice tool, allowing users to receive personalized advice from business leaders and coaches. The platform also offers a Personalized Coaching feature to assist users in their learning journey by providing content summaries, clarification on topics, and real-time insights and examples while taking new courses on LinkedIn Learning.
These new AI features are currently available only in English and are being rolled out globally. LinkedIn will continue to enhance these features based on user feedback. While the rollout has begun, it may take a few days for all Premium users to see the new tools.
