TeamSupport, a customer support software provider, has named Grant Stanis as its new Chief Executive Officer. Alongside this announcement, they have introduced AI Assist, a conversational AI tool for support tickets. As CEO, Stanis will focus on driving continuous innovation at TeamSupport, particularly in AI enhancements. He expressed excitement about the launch of AI Assist and the value it brings to customers through technologies like conversational AI and automated workflows. Stanis has previously led teams at SaaS companies Enmark Systems, Inc. and FPX.

Charles Chen, a TeamSupport board member and partner at Level Equity, expressed enthusiasm about Stanis joining the company, noting his wealth of experience in the growing software sector. The company aims to leverage Stanis’ expertise to further their growth and innovation.
